Our Story
Every order starts the way it would at a roadside cart back in Andhra — hot oil, fresh batter, and a counter lined with chutneys. We fry the punugulu to order, ladle sambar over idly straight off the steamer, and let the biryani rest just long enough for the rice to finish soaking up the masala.
Southern Spice Express is the truck version of that cart — parked around North Brunswick, New Jersey, and ready whenever you are.
